(More customer reviews)Just not enough "meat" here to make it worth recommending to others. This DVD attempts to cover far too many topics and doesn't really do any of them justice. (I just don't understand why a "Beginning" instructional DVD has to throw everything and the kitchen sink at you instead of focusing on a few key topics and doing them well.) Having recently converted to bass after being a long-time guitar player, I was looking for something more serious. Honestly, the only worthwhile take-away from the DVD are some of Abe Laboriel's riffs.
